• December 2007 Travis’ tires slashed at Lisa home. Travis and girlfriend notice Jodi following them.December 2007 – Alexander began dating another woman. He allegedly told friends that Arias was so jealous that she slashed the tires on his vehicle twice. After those incidents, his new girlfriend received a harassing email from a “John Doe.” Alexander suspected that Arias was responsible.

Text converstation began at 1650, Juan objects because JA is looking at the evidence to recall the date and time. The text conversation ended at 2238 hours. JA does not remember where she was during the text conversation. Says she was probably at her house in Mesa as she hadn’t moved yet.

JA hung up on TA during a conversation on that day because she says TA was swearing at her.

Travis mentions to a BFF Taylor that Jodi hacked his Myspace, Facebook, stole journals, emails, etc. account.  He allegedly said that he told Jodi to stay out of his life forever

• June 2 Arias picked up a vehicle from Budget Rent-a-Car 8:04 AM (which is 90 miles South of Yreka – however, Jodi’s brother Karl lives there) Redding, CA
• June 2 Jodi says that her and Travis talked on the phone about a PPL member that passed away **another lie – IMO** (PROPHET Gordon Hinckley – DIED it was a major day of morning – people all over the world were in shock, think like it was the day the pope was shot, it was like that on this day!!).
• June 2-3 Jodi said she saw Matt in Sea Grove. She stayed the night with him and left the next morning.
